Critique Club Review:

Color, saturation and hue are excellent. Brightness, contrast and especially lighting are done quite well.

I like the way you have used the image as part of the border.

The colors and shapes are fantastic.

The only complaint I have about this picture is that it appears a bit grainy and pixillated in some areas. I would guess that the ISO 800 gave you the grain. Some of the edges along the highlighted curve appear rough or pixillated as if over sharpened or over processed.

Otherwise this is a wonderful photo and one I could see hanging in a gallery. Congratulations on a well deserved top 30 finish.

I like it but the crop is too tight. Not sure about the border either.
I'm guessing this is smoke.

Very pretty and dramatic. Beautiful curves, light, and color. Perfectly cropped. A touch of something messy at the bottom but that doesn't take away much. I like your choice of border. Back to bump to 8.

Smoke, right? I like how the image goes through the border on the edges instead of the border keeping the image contained.. Means something to me I guess.
