thanks to all who commented. this was an eight second shutter speed and me moving in a sort of stop-motion jerky manner to 'burn' in different parts of my pose, giving it that ribbed look. no flash was used.

the most interesting of the blurry people shots by far, it still has good color. too bad about the barrel distortion!
