This is a glorious shot. And the title with the exclamations! What a fantastic way to reflect the slashing rain in the photo. :) |

Nothing stopping you from cloning it out now :) ...
I absolutely love this shot... would love it even more without the leash, it'll give it a more lonely, down and out feeling. Brilliant.
Have you looked at any of E301 pictures or xion? I think this might be equally brilliant if edited something like they do with the stark b&w's
Having said that however, I do love what you've already done and the mood you have created with your editing ;) |

This is a wonderful shot, Lori! Beautiful composition - and you did a great job capturing the rain drops. But it's dear Winston who carries the show here. Very nice work! |

I love it! I just wish the grass was a little less motion-blurry. |

Poor W!nston! ! don't th!nk he m!nds !t a lot, though.
Good use of the rule of thirds. The longer exposure (to capture the rain, I think) works well, but there is a bit of blur, I guess it would be very difficult to avoid. Nice shot. |

I think that to have the person walking in the shot using the rule of thirds would have given this image lots. good luck |

This works ok but I find that the path overpowers the dog and therefore the most interesting aspect of the image, the way you have captured the rain falling, is now secondary |

Nice work - especially the lead going out of frame, given a parallel dynamic by the line of the path. |

Excellent shot! I love the square format, works perfectly for the image...textures, reflection, composition, and motion, this has it all...very nice work. |

nothing is wetter than that dog.
that dog is wet down to my bones.
even his reflection is wet.
but every truly great picture has one crucial element that departs it from the rest: in this case, it is the leash pulling poor winston. struggle against the inevitable. being pulled toward doom. oh the hilarious tragedy of it all. We are dog. Amen. |

Yay Winston! Go play in the rain! A bit faster shutter could have helped this a bit IMO, but I love the composition and leading line. Nice job! 8o) |
