 It really is interesting why a city would have Church St and State St. cross. What adds to the irony is this intersection has a church and a state building on it.

The inclusion of the church balances well with the sign, both communicatively and thematically. It's a little awkward, I suppose, but it works for me.

I love the concept here! It looks like the sky was desaturated, or something... the colors could have been a little stronger. I might have simply shot the signs without the church -- I think the signs may have stood well enough on their own for this one.

Something about this just really appeals to me. I wonder if you could have brought the church more into the frame somehow, but I guess you'd lose the view of the 'state' sign. A wider angle lens might have helped

unfortunate about the shadows, maybe a different time of day. i recall seeing this in the forums with better lighting
