 After a month of very few and fairly crappy pictures, the wife and I decided to go to the zoo! This was the last shot I took on our way out, and it's a good thing we stopped at the flamingo exhibit one more time.

Shot in RAW

Used Photomatix Pro to create a tone-mapped HDR image from the single RAW file.

NI (masked off the flamingoes to retain the feather detail)

A little cloning and blurring on the background
A little blurring on the far flamingo's bright areas

Well seen and most unusual with the reflections in the background.
Not over-saturated too, with is so often the case (guilty here).
