| I was ready to rate this lower, but the more I examined it, the more I liked your composition here. I like the angle of the crane and how there is interesting shape contrast with the water tower. I like the way the clouds frame the building and the curve of the fence in the foreground. Nicely captured. |

| This has met the challenge on both levels, a very good balance of urban and landscape but the colorization doesn't really work for me personally, maybe if you had played with the contrast a tad more? I like the cropping and the way the fence leads you across the shot. Raising the score by 4 points from original. |
