nhuto - When I bought them I was very careful to make sure they all had oviposters so they should all be female. However their fins have grown a fair bit in most of them. Especially the ventral fins which are supposed to be longer in the males, even on plakat bettas so.. I don't know.
Because the fins are bigger I've not been able to spot the oviposter on a few of them for a while. I think they're all girls still but it's hard to tell. They fight a fair bit but it's usually not too bad. I would never recommend keeping two males together though. |

the top one does look like a female siamese betta, I can't really tell because the fins are not fully extended..but I think the bottom one is male...really curious...please let me know. By the way really nice pic |

Great tank and beautiful bettas. I love to see these fish in proper tanks; so many of them are abused! Great shot.
