this poor bee got too close to someone's baby at lunch today. he's very dead.

so, yes... i wrapped him up in a napkin and picked one of the mums from day 2 to pose him on.

Nikkor 50mm 1.8 reverse mounted on the Tamron 90mm macro.

The only way to get a good insect macro is to use a dead one it seems LOL I have chased more bleepin' bees and butterflies :)

Poor guy...however, I'd rather a dead bee than a stung baby. The venom may hurt the baby.
