 This is Nikita, a Bengal cat. She is only wild about 1/3 of the time; the rest of the time she is sweet as can be. The trick is anticipating her mood so you are not too close to her when it changes! Actually, she's bluffing when she acts up, but we pretend we're scared to make her feel better ;-)

I'm really liking the Bengal cats! I've never seen them before this thread. This is a great shot! Great expression & the Chompers - yikes!

Another Bengal called Nikita? ..and I thought I was original when I named my cat. Heh..

That's a great capture, look at all those teeth!

My cat is sweet around 90% of the time. She sometimes works herself into a frenzy while playing and decides she wants to claw and bite at proper flesh rather than her toys (i.e my hands or feet). She knows now she's not supposed to do that so her solution is to do it very sneakily and quickly so I won't notice! (yeah right). Doesn't happen very often though. I'm better at judging when she's getting that heated up.

Anyway the photo is very well taken, great moment :)
