Beautiful image. Try using 72 lines per inch when you reduce your photo. It might help with the compression. I have this problem as well and my images are doing better by using less pixels per line. Hope this helps.

Nice scenic area to take this photo. Well seen. I can understand the desire to push the saturation up some to bring out the vivid yellow, orange, and reds - but you should have held back on the blues as they are really throwing this off. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
