 Wandering around my local park the other day, I found this single leaf. I didn't actually think about this challenge when I was shooting.

This is a combination of tweaking saturation values with lightness values...not a true b+w conversion.

I'll be interested in hearing comments.

The Silver on Silver works very well. I like the composition. But curious if this was taken beyond the Basic Editing format. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, 8.

One of the few artfully done shots. I like the diagonal lines of the stem and the minimalism of the single leaf. It may not do well because it seems COLOR is what everybody wants. I like the silvery tones of it. Well, after plodding through the mundane and DNMC of so many of them, bumping up to 8.
