| When I see an image like this I see a lot of my own approach to photography in it. You have a tack sharp main subject, better than I usually do and better than my entry in this challenge. Because of the sharp focus your background bokeh appears more mottled than it otherwise would be. That is because it is a basic challenge and you can't mask out the focus in the background like you or I would want. The bokeh in my entry was 'more obvious', for lack of a better term, and is better complimented by sharp focus and I suspect I will get a higher score because of it. I really like the sharpness and DOF of your flower. |
