Is it negative bokeh or is it just movement? |

The bokeh is mixing with the movement and distracting from what you are trying to accomplish. The bars are quite large and take away from your subject in focus. I'd try to get a little closer to the bars and stand stationary and this should work better. |

I guess your foreground could be considered bokeh as it is blurred but it really doesnt add anything to the image. If anything it really takes away from your main subject which should be the island. Check out the forums and do a search for "saving for web". There is a great tutorial to show you how to maximize your image size. Took me a couple of challenges to figur eit out myself. |

the photo is entirely too small to really evaluate the image. |

Make sure to use the full size. There's a tutorial if you have questions. |

The only out of focus area seems to be blurry due to motion blur, not bokeh - the horizontal lines look pretty sharp to me. Also, the shot's dimensions are quite small. |
