Because the lower part of the image (the woman and the bags) is a billboard at Heathrow airport. That is someone else's photo/artwork. The only addition by Artan is the upper part with the wall and the processing.

good capture, though her left side could have benn in better focus as its a little blurry. slmost looks like an advert from a shopping center.

That is not a cheap group of bags! I like this... I'm curious whether this was setup or candid? looks a bit like an advertisement.
