 Saw a rainbow got there and the rainbow was gone so took two shots of these flags blowing just in case I didn\\\\\\\'t get time for my idea for this challenge.
Not much PP. Just crop, resize and some selective tone adjustment.

I like all the flags lined up. very busy lots to look at

Good use of the flags to depict the wind. Overall focus is a little soft but not in a displeasing way. A touch more sharpening crisps it up a bit, though.
