To me, it looks like an example of soft focus that I can't master. Anyway, I like the photo...the pastel colors against the black background are nice.

When I look at your pictures I can't help but notice how well you use colors. You seem to be able to use a single color through out a picture to enhance the look and emphasis a mood. This picture for example the color is black. In your picture entitled âday twentyâ it was green. Great shot.

uh i love black backgrounds on portraits, especially with black clothes! ;)

Great comp and use of negative space...Face looks almost too smooth. A little less noise ninja or neat image would leave a bit more texture. (IMO) Still a very strong photo. good luck with the shallenge.

I like the contrast, lighting and pose. However, I am not sure what the Landscape format gives you but dead space...
