Laurie, this is so amazing! I don't get the 5.8, but it just goes to show that these dumb scores sure don't reflect whether a photograph is an award winning type of photo or not!

| Great detail on this shot, though the backlighting makes it hard to see some of the colors on the bird. Still, a nice capture! |

| What a cute capture! Love the clarity of Mr. Bluejay; I would suggest some fill flash to make his color and features stand out more. :) |

| Wonderful clarity and focus. Great job on getting in this close to a BlueJay. They are as finicky as Crows IMO. Long lens? I hope this gets the credit it deserves - should make at least top 10. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

| Great Shot, (not included in voting but a sugestion for later: Try bumping up the color on the jay using selective color in photoshop) I wouldnt change anything else though. |
