The colours of the reeds and the similarly coloured squiggley reflections are very pleasing - I like both squiggles and reeds - but the deep blue at the bottom makes too much of contrast.

it may be my screen, but the colors seem a bit strong. I won't take off for that since it could simply be my screen

Looks oversaturated on my monitor, which also brings out chrominance noise.

Not sure that the grain does much for the photo, nor the over saturation in the red.

The reds seem pushed a little too far. I can believe in the background there may be red leaves from the trees reflecting but the red on the grass looks unnatural. I could be wrong :)
