Composition works, good one. A little too soft on the skin tones. I hope you didn't use one of those programms like NI here, looks like it though. The spot in the lower right hand corner is bothersome.

Love the detail in her hair, very nicely done, face seems a little to smooth for my taste but she is a very pretty model and the pose is great.

while the use of fill flash nicely lit up her face, i think it also lit up her jeans a bit too much, making them draw too much of your attention.
