So many questions ...
Why is he all wet?
What ARE those spots?
Why does he look sad? bored? tired?

I gotta say, the lighting's kind of dull, but I'm voting a 6 because of the mystery. :)

It's "ok". Feels a little disconnected as a storyline. I think it's the expression on his face, the frazzled hair, and the sweat. He looks tired - perhaps you meant it to come across this way. Maybe it's the color of the "spots"? Hard to explain, but the image feels drab and depressing. Maybe a brighter color choice for the spots, like royal blue or something? I don't know. Sorry, wish I could explain it better. Anyway, best of luck to you in the challenge.
