| The leaves look more red than green, did you turn up the red (maybe a touch or twoooo, tooo much? or maybe an enhansing filter?) The shot is very clear and the angle of the hydrangia is interesting, but I just can't get over the red saturation. What color was the plate (besides the trim)? 7 Swash |

| I would have used a title something like "Freshly picked" rather than use the word NEW in the title. Overall, a good picture, interesting to use an ordinary dinner plate for background. It seems a little shadowy on the right, but it's still nice and clear even in the dark parts, and balance is good. |

The color cast works pretty well for this image to set the mood it could possibly be a little lighter though. The dominant shadows on the right and the somewhat shallow depth of field also help the photos mood. Good job.

| ...and aparrently about to be eaten. Why is it on a plate? :) Seriously, though - focus and depth of field are excellent. The lighting and colour are also great as is the framing. |

| I'm not usually very impressed with photos of flowers, however it's the color that draws me to this one. It's a LITTLE dark on the right side, but I think that was probably not avoidable due to the lighting. If it were possible to lighten it up a bit, you could try that but ONLY if it didn't take away from the beautiful color. I think the color is more important. Very nice! Congrats and good luck in the challenge. |

I like the feel of this pic but don't like the yellowish tone. I think a more specific focus would stop my eyes from "jumping around".
