I gave you a 3 for this, because in my opinion:
1) yes, this note/bill may have been printed in the year you were born, but it certainly doesn't DEFINE that year.
2) simply taking a photo of a bill/note/stamp/picture is not showing much creativity
3) the white balance is off, making the colors all wrong.

You've definately included a piece of the year '76, and it is a fairly accurate rendition of the 2 dollar bill. However, other than a reproduction, it gives me no sense of the time and place, making it very average. 5

The colors look weird to me, is it over saturation or white balance? The composition just doesn't envoke emotion for me....sorry.
