 I got really lucky - the sun was out for a good hour while I wandered central park. After it slipped away it was dark and dreary again.

This is taken from the top of Belvedere Castle overlooking the great lawn and turtle pond. Its amazing the detail in the full highres version - I can almost make out individual people.

HDR composite as they seem to be popular and it worked with this image. Resize, add text, save for web.

I did not sharpen this image. I did not saturate this image. In fact, I desaturated. The sun was right, the air was right, that's what it looked like.

Wow, this is an exceptional photograph. Wonderfol color, clouds, composition. It looks like maybe it was over sharpened though. Still excellent!

On my monitor the saturation is over the top -- too much for my taste. The composition is wonderful though. I like the way the background buildings are so bright and clear.

A bit over processed. I like the increased saturation but I think you went to far on the sharpening.

Font is too small and whole shot a bit overprocessed, IMHO....but outstanding composition/framing
