The 10th floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, in downtown Salt Lake City, is one of the fantastic places within the remodeled and historic Hotel Utah. The stained glass dome above the fountain and recreated carpet creates a fantastic place to view the city.
This shot was handheld @ 1/8 sec. After shooting, I discovered I'd taken the Autofocus off. Luckily, I'd set the focus where it needed to be. My focusing vision can often be off.

I just stumbled upon this image. Love it! I've always wanted to shoot this fountain and get all the colors in, but could never figure out how. Now I know! ULTRA-wide angle! :-)
Well done. The PP work is awesome.
You've inspired me. I'll have to give it a go sometime.
It's a litte oversaturated and noisy for my taste, but yet an interesting postcard. (I'm sure they will replace the bulb on the green ceiling for their next "official" shot).
The text at the top takes away from the visual appeal of the rest of the picture. The text you included at the bottom is far more effective since its descriptive but doesn't take away from the picture. If you were to actually crop this picture just below the top text and above the circle it would look great.
