Shot in 50 MPH winds which were blowing me and my tripod over. I somehow got this shot clear enough with the tripod counterweighted and me being a wind block. It was fun to experience Nature's Fury though. I was the only one crazy enough to be on the beach that day.

Drove two hours, shot for twenty minutes, drove two hours back.

I was going to say this looks like the Peter Iredale (sp?) .... used to love going out on that as a child and finding mussels..... great shot!! Should be great shooting if you can get through the mountain pass!!

HA! I had the same thought. Anyway, your long exposure worked beautifully. The waves look like brush marks.

The waves came out great. I keep thinking there's a person in the water and you didn't dive in to save them. :P

This looks vaguely familiar, think Jason (DrAchoo) took a similar shot as this a while ago. Nice work, gave it an 8.

This makes me think of the movie "open water" Yakks. Love the dark blue colors.

Wow - Cool waves! Very nice. Just would like those blacks a little blacker - They seem like they have taken on too much of the blue tint.
