My very close second choice for the November Free Study. This would have scored better than the one I'm entering, I'm quite sure. A very quick shot - heard the birds, raised the camera, clicked. This is with the 10-22 and the angle gave it the sorta fisheye look. This is also tonemapped. In this particular case, I think it worked very nicely.

Very reminiscent of Hitchcock! I adore this! This is something I would put on my wall. I love the processing.

Aren't you loving that lens? You have added so much drama to some of your photos with that one. Excellent photo!

If this is 2nd choice, I can't wait to see your first choice!

The wide angle really "makes" this image, gives it a sense of sweep, intensified by the bird flying off. Beautiful.

Stunning dramatic shot. The fisheye look is very effective in this case.

This is cool. I almost shot something similar on my way home from work the other day. Nice perspective of the shot.

This is great Deb, I like how the birds are perfectly placed between the tower. Are you in Germany now?!

Great capture, perfect timing. Would have scored high in the challenge. I would though crop out the blown out spot on the right.
