 I seem to be stuck on leg shots lately! Well, whatever's laying around. :) I have never seen a 007 movie and was completely uninspired for this challenge. Tim was brainstorming ideas when he mentioned doing the rifle scene w/ Kermit as 007. He ended up going with his martini glass idea so I got his permission to dress Kermie in a tux (cut out felt pieces & pinned them to him - arts & crafts - my favorite!). I thought the leg scene would be more interesting (especially with water guns)than the rifle barrel. Who knows. Thank you Sweetie for your inspiring Kermie shots and for the idea of a 007 Kermit in the first place (and for Kermie's stand!).

I was bummed with how pixelated it looks along the edges at this small size for the website. Anyone know how to avoid that on a high contrast shot like this? I tried blurring the edges...no good.

Shot outside on our back porch against a white sheet on a cloudy morning.

Boring details: Shot in raw - raw conversions. Elelments - neat image, blur, minor cloning, dodging, burning, selective color, levels, brightness contrast, hue saturation, crop, stroke, save for webb.

"WOW"..."WOW"..."WOW"... os all that I can say for a triffic set up, triffic shot, and a triffic idea.....

You just "ROCK" in my opinion.....
This is just excellent, and such a fun idea, for this challenge....

you must have a closet full of funky shoes!!! i know i couldnt walk in these. the only thing i think that could have helped it was a dark plastic gun.

Hey, you beat what's his name! :-) And you really do not go anywhere in those shoes, do you? If you do, I hope you have really good medical insurance... You do have great legs, by the way. Nice job with this!

Very humorous! Think I would like it better without the gun on the right though. Gun is too futuristic looking & I like the symmetry without it.

Looks like you have some cloning artifacts in the background.

Oh that is sooooo wrong on so many levels!!! lmao! The way I see it, this is the type of challenge that one can choose to go either of two ways; Do the whole "serious" movie poster style replica, or, let the imagination fly. And boy-oh-boy, you've let loose with your imagination here! Thank you, in all honesty, I much prefer humour and humour done well. Instant fav!

On a wee technical point, could be resize is the culprit, but the edges around Kermit's suit seem a little jaggy? Not sure how you'd remedy that as I still struggle with fine lines myself at times, but if you ever decide to print, might be an idea to play around with feathering (or maybe Smart Blur in PS?). In any event, it hasn't detracted from the enjoyable experience one iota! Good luck!
