I've often wanted to stop at the pig farm to take photos. Unfortunately, at the time of day that I could do it, the sun was behind the hill so the light isn't so good. Also, the farmer was on the other side talking to someone and I didn't know if I was particularly welcome, so it was really a rush job.
There were more pigs than I expected, and the ones allowed in the mud pen (breeding sows, I suspect) had cuts and sores and other skin problems.
Processing: Converted from RAW in Pentax Photo Laboratory, cropped, USM, converted to B&W witht he Channel Mixer. Levels, resize, had a power nap, USM, added slightly pink border. |

Did you take away his credit card? Aw, that's the oldest joke in the book. Anway, the composition is quite centered. There is some nice detail in the big, but we lose most of the dirt detail because of it's darker tone. 5 |
