My girlfriend's brother's Labradoodle, Finnegan. He is sooo busy and I think this was one picture where he actually stopped moving for a second.

Thanks to all the votes and comments on my friend here. As I explained to some of you, Finnegan does have strange yellow eyes and I knew that there would be comments about them. Perhaps a different angle would have made them less prominent. In any event, thanks again for taking the time to have a look.

"I agree, O'Reilly! You lost your concentration on the backswing. Sure! Sure! Sure! I'm in no hurry! What's a mulligan between friends? Tee it up again! Good success to ye!" :}

2 - ... Finnegan seems to be all tongue and yellow eyes. Fixing the flash eyes and a variation in perspective would have helped this in my opinion. As is, this image is .. a bit odd.

WHOA! Hey! That just ain't right. Looks like serious red-eye for dogs (which I always thought was green) thanks to that flash. The nose looks discolored, too. Fix the lighting and you'd have a clever shot.

The first thing I see is the tongue--it takes up too much of the shot for me. Is Finnegan blind or was there a lighting problem?

Head pose is cute and background is non-distracting. Pupils have a yellow cast which is disturbing; you could darken them to black (since this was advanced editing) and it would improve the shot enormously.

I think this shot could have benefited from less harsh lighting. The blown-out eyes don't do you any favours either.

looks like you've used the on-camera flash here ... not very flattering light ...

lighting is a bit too strong, a diffuser on the flash would have helped. Cute expression

ah yeah... ah um okay I really dont know where to start The expression is priceless and the technical problems (which there are many) actually add to the sureal strangeness of this image ... it is either a 1 or a 10 I cant stop laughing

love the face, the tongue, the nose - but the harsh flash and yellow eyes really take this down
