Inexplicable fuzziness around the sign, but I think that may be the sign rather than the shot. A dynamic six for the lights.

Is it falling over or am I? Neat shot with lots of motion, both implied and explicit. Try reducing the reds in the shadows with levels or curves.

Was this hand-held or balanced on something? Focus is a little soft which makes me think there is some camera shake as the car trails indicate a good long shutter speed.

I wonder about doing this with a different color balance setting to get a little less overwhelming orange to the image? The "lean" of the building makes it feel very dynamic.

Hm. I think the blur of the lights from the longer exposure makes the whole shot seem less sharp than it is.
