6 - Like the concept, just wish a more refined crop, no photographer reflection and sharper on the eye and lashes. |

I think a portrait should show enough of the animal to know something about him/her. I think this is a horse, but there is no clue as to what makes him/her a pet, friend, and teacher. |

Nice eye shot, but for a portrait challenge, I'd prefer to see a lot more of the face. |

I think this would have more impact as a portrait rather than a macro or eye study, if you backed up and we could see more of the face. Sweeeet eyes!! |

Hey, there's a person with a camera in that horse's eye ;-) I like the crop and detail; don't know if it would have been possible to use a slightly different angle to keep you out of the eye. Also the eye itself looks a little dark on my monitor. |
