Thanks for the comments everyone.

Yes this is actually my pet. I originally got into saltwater tanks so that I could have an octo tank.

I'm having a lot of issues with pics showing up darker because I can't get the brightview display on my laptop to mimic a regular monitor. Pretty much hoses any processing. Hopefully I can get a new monitor that I can calibrate a bit better after x-mas. Congrats to the winners. There were simply tons of amazing shots in this challenge.

Really a pet?? Pretty neat, like how you captured the circle things on his tentacles (forget what they're called). Nice shot

The reflection in the glass bothers me a bit in this pick as well as how dark and muted it is.

5 - Sure is different. Mainly like to have seen a more refined crop at the top and the octopus better placed within the frame, so not 'chopped'.

I can't seem to see a lot of light in the picture- may be my monitor. Io just wish it could have been more vivid.

The glass really needs to be cleaned up.
The flash refection NW is very distracting

I like how there's a gradient of light, but the darks are a bit too dark. Also, it would have been nice to have that stuff in the left corner cleaned up. Overall, a very cool photo.
