A "classic" composition shot from an unusually low angle; good job keeping a "crispy" look even where it's pretty dark and just out of the focal plane. |

The fallen leaves create an interesting texture. |

What is a real photograph doing in such company? ;-)
Beautiful balance of light and shadow. The shallow dof anchors the perspective very well. Subtle, dignified, accomplished. |

Absolutely beautiful use of low perspective, shallow DOF and minimal lighting. I like this very very much - it's strongly evocative of mood and place. |

Very good photo. I like the way trees cast shadows on the road. I just love BW photos. |

Wonderful DOF. At first glance I thought this was a miniature landscape or something, like at the putt putt golf course. Although the shadows are everywhere, it's almost too hard to see how it compliments the photo. |

An inviting image - I want to walk into the frame. I like the composition - the leaves guiding our eyes down the path, the shadowy trees arching overhead. Greater DOF would work well - at least to have the leaves in the foreground sharp to make the viewer feel a part of that reality - the lack of focus in the distance works fine - makes us want to walk in - to get closer and see better. 7 |

IMO, the trees on top are to dark, thus drawing the eye away from the nice path portion. |

Nicely done. Love the perspective and the b&w. Good work. |

I just love shots like this! The DOF and conversion to B/W are perfect! 10 -danny |
