Comments Made During the Challenge |

This reminds me of the morning after Halloween in my neighborhood. The kids throw toilet paper on the trees, and spray shaving cream on doors along with eggs, etc. Obviously this isn't the case here though. Halloween is in October. Perhaps this was an act of disrespect towards an individual or familly since I see a house in the shadows of the trees. The night could have been a nightmare for someone and when the day broke they were relieved but challenged to clean it up. There seems to be a personal message here that is difficult for the casual observer to imagine...though I did give you my idea of what may have happened. Funny thing is usually my husband has to remind me NOT to read too much into things. In this case I must, or else I wouldn't really get it. You certainly captured the results of vandalism...the "NEW CHALLENGE" in your title? I'd say the challenge of cleaning up the mess. What I like best about this image is the trees... I love the greens of nature, and there is a nice variety of green here. In future pictures you may want to consider eliminating the distracting parts of the pictures...the parts that just don't add to it. Like the partial view of the car in the lower left...it's no BIG deal but it doesn't add anything to the photo. Hope my comments help. Grayce...aka...gracious |

Amusing shot, but it does not relate to the challenge aside from the title making the connection. Also, a little fuzzy to me. Probably beneficial to run unsharp mask on it. |

Too funny. I think I would have liked a bit more of a closer look at this. Got a lot of space to the right of the photo where there is nothing happening. However, if you didn't want to stand in the middle of the road to take a picture, I completely understand. lol Good luck with the challenge. |

This looks rather washed out. A polariser would have really helped. |

A funny subject. Unfortunately, the photo is sort of snapshotty. Perhaps a close-up of the TP against the leaves? |

haha.. I probably would have gone for a tighter crop or tighter shot, and maybe play with the contrast to darken a little. |

I would have preferred a somewhat closer view. The TP shows up well enough, but I want more, more I tell you! (old sense of humor) I'm sure the street looks pretty much that way, but the lightness of color pulls the view away from the trees. (((((???? did that make sense???)))) 7 Swash |

this picture is really hard on my eyes for some reason. It makes me squint. |

Something new. Composition - pretty good. You should try a tighter crop around the center tree. Technical Aspects - pretty good. Meets Challenge - yes Visual Impact / Originality ΓΆ€“ pretty good Jim msp
