PP:
Selected background, duplicated, set to overlay i think, increased contrast and adjusted hue. Dodged and burned dock on posts, increased contrast and brightness. Burned water, added Vingetting (i know its spelt wrong, im too tired to look it up lol)

Maybe it's beacuse the subject matter just doesnt hold that much interest.

darn i had hoped this would have done better. Oh well live and learn :P I wish more people would have commented to help me know what was wrong with it.
