Looks like there is something stuck in her teeth which is bugging me.

she looks like a ghost ...

WAYYYY to blanched out on her face.

Harsh light on the face

Her face looks totally washed out. To high contrast for my taste.

face too glaringly bright.

The model and composition are good, but the lighting and B&W conversion are going to kill your score. It looks like you used a flash, then lightened everything to show detail in the hair and blew out the left side in the process. Any richness in the skin is reduced to a patchy white field, and the darkest areas of the eyes and hair on the left are gray. The black spot in the mouth is rather distracting too. Best bet would have been to even out the lighting with a reflector or white poster board on the right side and a softer light source such as a large window on a cloudy day.

Beautiful eyes but the face is very blown out in the middle and blotchy at the sides. I think this is too high key. She is obviously very pretty and I feel that "normal" black and white would have enhanced this. However, if this is the effect you were going for then good luck in the challenge with it.

Face is harshly lit and over exposed.

Blown hightlights take away from this shot

one of the few over-exposed shots that actually work for me. glasses contrast really well here
