 This is a photo taken at a VERY small town calld Hjalteyri in the northen part of our country. There you see my friends Einar Freyr and Þorsteinn Máni and my boyfriend Sigurður who has been a model for me quite often :) Einar and Þorsteinn love modeling and are very active posers ;)

This was a beautifull night, the sun nearly didn't set and the sky was pink for houres. This is allso a very popular location for photographers because the town has an old factory wich isn't in use anymore and looks kind of creepy.

Prosessing was nothing much, bringin out some colours sharpening and a bit of dodging and cloning the mountain.

Interesting capture, particularly as it is midnight! Like the idea, wish the composition were a bit stronger with more negative space around front feet.

The people look a bit brighter than the rest of the surroundings, so that looks a bit unnatural to me. It has a bit of a snapshot feel to it--maybe the expressions cause that. They look "forced" like they know the shot is being made, but they are trying to pretend it's not. (and just as an aside, I used to have a pair of black and whites vans just like that -- most comfortable shoes I've ever had.)

Amazing light for midnight in June!! Shame the nearest persons foot is slightly cut off at the bottom
