Not much to this one... I was chasing my son around with the camera (again) and the sun was beating through a window at a pretty harsh angle. Managed to snap this one off real quick before Stephen continued on his way.

Cute baby pic... will probably get voted down as a result.

Very nice! Excellent tonal control, light and composition...and thank you for not going crazy with some sort of noise control, I love that I can see the texture of the skin, the slight "grain" of the background...so nicely done.

I love the glow in the eye and on the tip of the thumb. Harsh light has it's place, though some on DPC may argue. A compelling and somewhat eerie kind of shot - not in a bad way, mind you.

extra note. If you crop this pic just below the two holes in the pacified, this pic looks totally different and ultra-creepy. Good for a laugh if you like. It gets even better if you push the contrast a bit to push the shadows down.

great light ... maybe too dark on the left side of the face ...

like the harsh side lighting. Dramatic for a binky!

Very nice use of your light source to capture my attentio to his right eye. Assuming that he has baby blues or greens, a colour verison would have impacted me more. The image appears a little to grainy. I like the tight off-centred crop. Good Luck.

it's hilarious to see such a dramatic and thoughtful light treatment used on a pacifier. 8

Very strange and vaguely sinister image. The lighting is very harsh, leaving the left side of the face overexposed and the right side in deep shadow. Still it definitely has a haunting quality.
