 Shortly after I got my new Nikon D200 I went out in the late afternoon to crack off a few shots. I found myself lost on the back-roads just North of the city. This wagon was parked on a small hill by the front gate of some farm house. I took the shot out the window of my truck at the front of their driveway so as not to trespass. I think it is a neat shot and probably my best of 2006.

I only changed the white balance to \"Cloudy\" to make the image a tad warmer and the contrast +30, otherwise it is the original shot.

nice enough image for a travelogue, but not one that would readily jump out at me for a best of challenge.

I'm thinking this is a display somewhere, as I think I see a sign on the other side. Great lighting on this, just needs a touch more post-processing in my opinion - not exactly sure what though.

Needs a bit more of something to really make an impact IMO... maybe adjusting contrast/levels a bit would be the ticket.

I really wish you had been standing around the other side of the wagon! As it is you have the shaded side and the light around the other side looks much nicer!

Nice compostion, I would have bumped up the saturation on the wood a bit to get the color of the wagon to pop more, so it catches your eye.
