| Had to sit here and study this a while and came to the conclusion that it's an upward view into a chandelier? Most unusual shot, but appears to be suffering from a number of areas that aren't very sharp/clear and some jpeg artifacts from image compression. |

| Whoa, this could be so many things. Probably is is a paper weight or something but it could be a fancy hotel lobby looking up at a chandalier or the things around the edge look like buildings so it could be a fish eye lens looking up at a city fireworks display. |

If memory serves me, I believe this is the Lobby area on the way to the "Top of the Rock" in New York City. (i.e. the Rockefeller Center or the GE building)
Great perspective. I wish I had taken something from this location. |
