| This would be a really good shot but for all the harsh lines. They lead the eye in no clear direction and away from your subject |

| Sorry, but doesn't seem much like a portrait photo to me. No face, distant subject... Little on the blurry side also. JMO of course. Good luck. |

| I gave you a 3 on this shot. Imo not a portrait more of a candid shot. appears off focus to the left. The b&w processing looks good. Just my opinion. |

| I had to really look to find the one aimed as the portraiture subject! The background is far too busy and the subject far to "disguised". |

| IMO the photo is too busy. The subject of the portrait IMO is not the focal point that I am drawn to. |

| Theres alot of clutter and confusion here. I have a hard time making out the subject as he is a dark figure against a dark background. Having him against a light background with a tighter crop would improve this shot by a large margin. |

| this isn't a portrait in my opinion. It's more candid than anything else i think. You might get voted down for that I think. A;so the focus seems to be off. good luck |
