Post Processing: (there's a lot)
While in color....
Whitened the eye whites (Hue/Saturation)
Darkened the pupils (Hue/Saturation)
Added some blue and green to the iris (Channel Mixer)
Darkened the rim of the irises (Color burn)
Flattened image
Blended the eyes (blur tool)
Added a little contrast

New Hue/Sat layer - set Saturation to 0
New Hue/Sat layer with color blend mode
Check colorize and adjusted dials to my liking (actually I just can't remember the numbers I used)
Flattened image
Resized and saved

this is great, but i think the lighting/shadows could use some work. maybe a reflector from below would have filled those spots in greatly

I wish the chin was not cropped.

the chin being cropped is really distracting, and the exposure is not really flattering...perhaps a little more light in the face would be good
