Trying out my new (at the time) polarising filter and still very much learning at this point (and still am) but had fun taking this pretending I was a "real" photographer with my tripod and "long lens". Best photo of the year, who knows but liked it at the time. Cropped and tidied with some minor spot editing.

nice image, but one that seems like it could use a slightly more aggressive post-processing treatment. as is, it seems a little flat.

I like you layout, though I feel it leaves a lot to be desired. Because it is so far away and the darkness makes the photo gloomy.

the skyline seems too gray. i think this would be better if it was totally blacked out, and if you made the colors in the sky more dramatic.

I like the simlplicity of the shot - it is all about horizontal lines of city and cloud. The orange/peach color of the sky is very peaceful. I wish there were some more detail - either more tonal range or some one spot for my eyes to focus on. My eyes tend to swoop in and out on the photo on the horizontal lines, with nothing to stop and rest on.

Nice panaroma type pic although it isnt very clear maybe this is from resizing?
