 On the steps of the Sacre Coeur in Paris this man was playing his harp, and it was very beautiful. This was shot on my August 2006 trip through France, and was one of quite a few shots that I loved from those 3 weeks.

very, very nice. excellent composition, especially with the people at the bottom left and the city escaping at the top right. i'll have to revisit this one; it's very intriguing.

I like the way this scene portrays the musician, deeply involved in what he is doing, in his own world.

There's an entire city behind him, people all around him, and yet the only thing he sees, the only thing he knows, is the harp. I get all of this from this picture.

I like this in black and white, wish the depth of field wasn't so great and the person behind the musicians fingers was blurred.
