I remembered seeing this as I was browsing thru but I didn't make it to the 20% voting. I thought it was a very striking shot. The contrast is great, and the B/W and the sky really create the right mood. Nice job! |

Good title. It is daunting - especially at this imposing angle. Nice range of tones - good job dealing with bringt sky and dark shadow. |

Nice light vs dark there. Too bad the center is off-center... the bottom seems straight, so not much you can do about it. Architectural shots are tricky. Also, watch for blown highlights in the clouds. Maybe a bit of HDR type layering with a tiny bit of burn might have helped a bit in the early stages of processing. |
