Ohmygoodness. I wish I had gotten to this one before voting time ran out. You would have had 5 10's then. I just love this type of photo. You can just feel the character in that old soul's face -- and the gentle promise on the baby!
This is so beautiful! I'm so glad it got such a strong score!

Two beautiful faces. I'm especially intrigued by the woman...she has a great look and I think cropping closer in for a portrait of her would be awesome! |

Great faces. I like how the grandmother's face shows a life lived well and the child's shows innocence and the beginning of his life hopefully lived well too. Warm portrait. |

IMO, the huge vignette on the left side towards the lady isn't that much effective as her skin is already rich chocolate brown. The child's side, on one hand, is amazing. I am not sure if that vignetting is from post processing or caused by your lens. Other than that, a good entry. Wish you luck. |
