 This was taken on the last day that the Wildlife III was open for entries. I considered entering this instead of the alligator shot that received the yellow ribbon, so I must have made the right choice. I had plenty of choices for that challenge and I always wondered how this one would have done. I am about to find out.

Wow! How lucky that the birds head fell against the blue sky instead of the clouds, or did you engineer it that way? :-) I love the pose! Fantastic shot!
