 For some reason I like to take photos of birds and animals. Wildlife challenge. Wish I had a more interesting animal though. What I do like about it is that the Murray River is porttrayed as a nice blue water river when in reality it is quite brown. Nice to see that I could get a reflection of the sky off the water.

Great color and sharp detail in this photograph. It is amazing that this was shot with a 18-50 mm lens. How close were you to the pelican and how much did you crop from the original photo.

Nice color contrast between the blue water and the pelican. NIce exposure as well as you kept the details in both the white and black feathers of the bird.
