 Very difficult. My son came down that hill about 30 times (and that's climbing up 30 times). It worked best to have him stand about where he would board down so I could set the focus but I should have anticipated where the shutter would have shut and focused that distance. I did work paralel to his run and used an tripod. This may have made it harder to keep his upper body focused. I set it on shutter priority. Oh well, it was a learning experience and I will be practicing this technique more often. Post Processing included duplicating layers and doing adjustments on colours, sharpening, and levels.

I liked this one when I voted - definitely meets the challenge! You may (if you try this again, and your son is willing to try it again!) try to capture him on the left coming into the frame instead of in the center. Though I do like the center capture here because the background supports it well.
