Too bad her face was not more in focus, that would have been a dynamite shot. |

the background is great giving it a real sense of motion.
the foreground however is too dark and not really in focus enough. |

It would've been better if the person was very clear and the background was blurry as well, but your both blurry so it is a pretty bad picture i have to say :( |

I assume you held the camera at arm's length whilst spinning around? If so, I'm not sure that's really MP and it didn't really result in a particularly effective shot. The WB seems out and the face is lost against the backgound because of the soft focus. |
